Cancelation/Reschedule Policy

Cancellations, no shows, and last minute reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of your service(s) booked. No exceptions. If you decide during your appointment to change or cancel the service(s) you booked to a lesser appointment time time, you will still be charged 100% of the service(s) originally booked. If you have a complimentary appointment and no show/last min reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the original service. Please text/call if you will be running late. If you are 10 minutes pass your appointment time, you will be charged a No Show (50% of your service)
